By accessing or using Utiltown, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

Local-First & Your Content

All tools on this site run entirely in your browser. The text, files, and values you enter are processed locally on your device and belong to you. We do not upload, store, or retain any of your content on our servers.

One exception: the TXT to Kindle (Short Link) tool uploads the text only when you explicitly click its upload button, stores it in our own storage, and automatically deletes it after an expiry you choose (between 5 and 120 minutes).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site or its tools, including attempting to disrupt the service, scrape the site at scale, or use the tools to process or distribute unlawful content. We may restrict access to users who violate these terms.

No Warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the output of any tool will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying any results you rely on.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utiltown shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any of its tools.

Third Parties

The site may display advertising or use third-party services (such as analytics or ad networks) that operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Details of any such services are disclosed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page. We may also discontinue or change the site at any time, with or without notice.
